Four days in Vero Beach. Eight training sessions. More than sixteen instructional hours. Gi Jiu-Jitsu and Ginástica Natural, with a maximum of twenty participants.

John’s teaching is exacting, inventive and deeply personal—the product of thirty years spent studying how bodies move, learn and adapt. Come ready to work.

Fourth-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. A tactician, expert instructor and lifelong practitioner, John brings serious teaching to the place he calls home.

John has trained with Alvaro Romano, creator of Ginástica Natural.

SATURDAY IN VERO

Move on the beach.

Morning Ginástica Natural with Birdman.

Market. Food. Vero.

Visit the Oceanside Farmers Market at 3000 Ocean Drive, Saturdays from 8 AM to noon. Food purchases are separate.

Back to the mat.

Regroup at the gym for a five-hour instructional block.

Beach activities are weather-dependent. The complete four-day schedule will be supplied one month before camp begins.

DINNER IS ON US.

A hosted dinner is included. We’ll choose the timing and setting to suit the group—an easy evening to meet, eat and enjoy Vero together. Venue and dinner details will be confirmed with participants.

BRING YOUR PEOPLE.

Have a group of six or more? Bespoke camp dates are encouraged and available. We’ll work with you to create a focused Birdman experience in Vero Beach.

REGISTRATION & CANCELLATION

$1,500 per person, paid in full at registration. Maximum twenty participants per camp.

Registration payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before camp begins, your payment becomes a dollar-for-dollar credit toward a future Birdman camp, clinic or private training. Credit is non-transferable, may be rescheduled once and must be used within twelve months of the original camp date.

No credit is available after camp begins or for no-shows. If Birdman cancels a camp, choose a full refund or full credit.
